Research on Pressure Control Algorithm of Regenerative Braking System for Highly Automated Driving Vehicles

Conclusive evidence has demonstrated the critical importance of highly automated driving systems and regenerative braking in improving safety economy. However, traditional system cannot be applied to vehicles. Therefore, this paper proposes a fully decoupled for vehicles, which two working modes: conventional redundant braking. Aimed at above modes, respectively pressure control algorithm, based on P-V characteristics, overflow characteristics solenoid valve. AMESim is utilized as simulation platform, then co-simulated with MATLAB/Simulink, embedded algorithm. The results show feasibility effectiveness
